Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month‑end/year‑end close for multiple affiliated organizations. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, audit and tax schedules, budgets, variance analysis, and management reports. Maintain internal controls, improve processes, support intercompany accounting, and provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior accountants.

Manage commodity sourcing strategy, supplier selection and performance, contract management, and cost-reduction projects. Collaborate with engineering, quality, finance and operations to procure parts, negotiate pricing, manage supplier corrective actions, and track spend versus forecast to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

Administer and support RHEL systems and AWS infrastructure; build and maintain IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), Ansible automation, and CI/CD pipelines; monitor and troubleshoot production systems; implement security hardening and patching; integrate and support LDAP/Active Directory authentication; create documentation and runbooks; collaborate with engineering, security, and application teams to improve reliability and automation.

Process a high volume of vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately: review documentation, code and enter AP transactions, match to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, assist vendors and teams with payment inquiries, maintain electronic records, support reconciliations, and collaborate with senior AP staff.

Provide in-room technical support for Stryker and third-party surgical equipment: set up, confirm functionality, adjust settings, troubleshoot intraoperative issues, manage post-procedure breakdown and SPD reprocessing per IFU, educate OR/SPD staff, maintain account and procedure records, and provide on-call/shift coverage including occasional travel.

Provide support, sales, and service to business banking customers regarding cash management needs. Engage in sales and cross-sell activities while maintaining account services and support.

Drive territory sales by acquiring new customers, managing and growing existing accounts, conducting regular customer visits and business reviews, presenting product and service solutions, coordinating orders, and using company tools and training to meet sales targets.

Design, develop, test, and improve products from concept to production. Create CAD models and prototypes, run tests, analyze results, manage product lifecycle, partner with manufacturing and supply chain, ensure compliance with standards, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Provide advanced administrative support for the Learner Network: manage complex scheduling and travel, compose correspondence, handle email inquiries, prepare reports from multiple sources, assist with program financial tracking and liaison with finance/grants, organize records, and support meetings and events.

Serve as primary customer contact through the collision repair process: greet customers, collect accident and vehicle details, coordinate with estimators, manage scheduling and sublets, verify insurance/rental coverage, track parts/invoices, perform final quality checks, assist with insurance approvals and accounts receivable, and provide status updates to ensure timely, accurate repairs and excellent customer service.
