Integrates test suites with Jenkins and GitHub workflows, performs functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing, and applies AI-assisted and agentic approaches to QA. The role tracks quality metrics, supports release readiness, participates in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, collaborates with product and engineering teams, and improves testing processes.

Owns export sales budgets and targets, develops international markets, and expands customer and distributor networks. Manages existing accounts, sales pipelines, quotations, negotiations, receivables, commercial risks, and order execution. Builds customer relationships through international travel, monitors market and competitor trends, and reports activity and performance to leadership. Uses Salesforce to track customer visits, opportunities, and sales activities while coordinating with sales support, logistics, finance, marketing, and technical teams.

Conduct phone-based inside sales to acquire new customers and meet sales targets for physical POS and payment solutions. Own Cracken’s external voice and marketing presence across social media, blog, website, media, and events. Create credible technical content translating cybersecurity research, product capabilities, and engineering work into accessible messaging. Execute content and media plans, build relationships with press and communities, identify PR opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, track performance, and optimize marketing activities. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, technical writing, social media growth experience, and hands-on use of AI marketing tools.
