Lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs for enterprise deals. Collaborate with account executives to design integrations, answer technical questions, document integration patterns, and support go-live for voice/telephony-based AI solutions.

Develop and support real-time multi-axis motion control applications, commission and troubleshoot systems, optimize electromechanical performance, deliver demos and technical training, collaborate with R&D, write application notes and build customer/partner relationships. Frequent customer travel within the DACH region required.

Execute and monitor on-chain transactions, manage daily vault operations (deposits/withdrawals/yield), deploy smart contract wallets, support partners through vault launches, track fees and operational metrics, maintain vault documentation and playbooks, and use AI tools to automate and optimize processes.

Partner with the founder to write and edit high-quality content, improve messaging and positioning, support sales and partnerships, join client calls, and own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a high editorial bar and shipping finished work.

The role involves ensuring compliance with GMP and CSV requirements by planning and executing validation activities for computerized systems in sterile manufacturing operations.
