Provide customer service to new and existing customers via phone, email, or in person. Process and enter orders, maintain documentation, coordinate logistics with sales, warehouse, and AR, assist with quotes, manage operations calls and spreadsheets, and maintain product and vendor pricing knowledge.

Design and lead electrical building systems for commercial projects including power distribution, LED/custom lighting, life-safety, and data/communications. Produce designs using 3D modeling/Revit, coordinate with teams, perform site measurements and construction observation, manage schedules, and pursue professional licensure and FE exam as required.

Develop, produce, and execute entertaining on-air radio programming; perform appearances, promotions, and station events; collaborate with sales on sponsorships and revenue-driving ideas; manage social/digital presence; enforce FCC and company policies; engage with local communities.

Sell Hudl to U.S. high schools and middle schools (net-new acquisition). Own full sales cycle, run online demos and phone-based closes, collaborate with athletic directors and coaches, work across multiple sports, occasionally travel to territory, and coordinate with Customer Success for implementation and retention.
