Creative Producers manage end-to-end video, static, and social media content production for external clients and brands. Responsibilities include translating client objectives into creative briefs, guiding creative teams, developing concepts, overseeing quality, managing timelines and resources, presenting solutions, incorporating feedback, and improving production workflows. The role requires hands-on video production experience, client-facing communication, creative judgment, and at least two years of producer and creative team leadership experience.

Leads client-facing architecture and delivery of production-grade AI/ML systems, including agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, search, recommendations, and decision-support tools. Advises clients, leads and mentors ML engineering teams, manages technical engagements, and oversees projects from discovery and architecture through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Design digital interfaces and applications for client projects, translating business goals and user needs into intuitive, accessible experiences. Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, responsive layouts, interaction states, motion, and design-system components. Present solutions, negotiate terms, close sales, prepare quotations, and manage the pipeline in NetSuite and CRM systems. Support partners, maintain customer relationships, respond to commercial inquiries, coordinate with technical and logistics teams, and ensure accurate forecasting and sales records.

Own production PostgreSQL operations across multi-terabyte Aurora clusters, including performance tuning, schema and index design, migrations, upgrades, replication, connection pooling, automation, observability, incident response, and reliability improvements. Partner with application teams on scalable data models and participate in a support rotation. Automate provisioning and operational runbooks using Terraform and Ansible.

Lead research and production development of LLMs and transformer models for machine translation and language quality. Design evaluation frameworks, agentic NLP workflows, training pipelines, and model-provider strategies. Own flagship model programs from data curation through production integration, mentor researchers, review technical work, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship capabilities. The role requires deep NLP and LLM expertise, rigorous experimentation, strong Python and ML library skills, and technical leadership.

Build production-grade AI agent capabilities, including Agent2Agent communication, MCP integrations, and multi-step agentic workflows. Design, implement, evaluate, deploy, and monitor agent features while improving reliability, latency, and cost at scale. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer experience needs into agent architectures and contribute to internal frameworks and tooling.

Provide accurate customer support through chat and email, troubleshooting product, account, payment, and general inquiries. Follow compliance and customer-protection procedures, work rotating shifts, document solutions, improve the knowledge base, and share customer feedback internally. The role requires strong English communication, corporate customer support experience, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and in-office availability in Porto.

Manage SAP material master data creation, changes, cleansing, governance, quality monitoring, and error correction. Develop data-quality rules, dashboards, procedures, and training materials while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with global business users, process owners, and project teams to maintain accurate master data and expand its use across CRM, sales, and marketing processes.
