Lead development and execution of ABS business development strategy for the yacht market. Identify and pursue new-build, refit, sustainability, digitalization, and lifecycle opportunities; build client and industry relationships; support proposals and key account activities; represent ABS at events; monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends; provide market insight to shape services and commercial priorities.

Coordinate and implement an enterprise insider risk program: design policies, workflows and UEBA/insider-risk technology, manage detection and investigations, report KPIs, liaise with cybersecurity, HR, legal and compliance, and ensure EU Works Council and regulatory compliance.

Support client account teams on integrated PR and communications campaigns. Monitor news and social trends, craft media strategies and press materials, write content for media and digital channels, assist with product launches, influencer campaigns, events, and experiment with AI tools to speed research and ideation.
