Requires Illinois CRE license, bachelor's degree, and 3-5 years sales or transaction experience.

Lead mid- to long-term regional refinery planning and optimization using linear programming and spreadsheet economics. Manage 3-year commercial plans, 10-year turnaround timing, inventory and feedstock optimization, and capital project evaluations. Communicate strategies across value chain partners, question and refine refinery constraints, and develop executable, profitable regional business plans while independently analyzing complex data and modeling scenarios.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of interior automotive mechanisms (cupholder doors, armrests, glovebox, console lids). Perform kinematics, multibody simulation, FEA and hardware testing, optimize motion and durability, and collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.

Lead cross-functional capital projects (typically >$10M) in manufacturing: define scope, estimates, schedules and requirements; manage execution, risks, change control, stakeholders, EHS compliance, and delivery from scoping through completion.

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion for a portfolio of customers. Drive upsell/cross-sell, negotiate renewals, run strategic account planning and business reviews, prospect within accounts, forecast pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and measurable value.

Provide insurance coverage legal support for Claims, including drafting coverage opinions, Reservation of Rights/disclaimer letters, litigation oversight, civil pleadings, regulatory responses, and participating in claims roundtables. Monitor outside counsel, review SOPs/knowledge articles for compliance, and help develop state strategies and best practices.

Support the firm's operations and client service functions including client/account onboarding, fund and asset movement, client and custodian interaction, reconciliation investigation and resolution, internal reporting, and participation in system/workflow enhancements and special projects. Work closely with senior management and the broader team to address client issues and operational needs.
