Lead and deliver web application projects from requirements through production. Design, develop, review code, coordinate QA and integration testing, mentor junior developers, supervise onshore/offshore resources, provide production support and on-call rotations, estimate tasks, and work with business stakeholders to define requirements and improvements.

Design, build, and maintain FeeNavigator features across backend and frontend. Optimize MySQL queries, write unit/integration/end-to-end tests, refactor complex code, document architecture, participate in code reviews, collaborate with Product and SRE, diagnose incidents and performance issues, and contribute to development process improvements.
