Hands-on work in dbt, SQL, and Python with stakeholder collaboration and governance for financial and operational data.

Build and own the data platform backbone: design ingestion patterns, Snowflake warehouses, governance, and freshness strategy. Implement reliable batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, observability, and onboarding processes. Lead legacy migrations, create data contracts and SLAs, and apply AI-native tooling to automate debugging, documentation, and operational workflows while partnering with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors.

Lead design and implementation of data models, write optimized SQL at scale, enable semantic layers and AI tooling, manage analytics infrastructure, build frontend data surfaces, and partner with product and engineering to structure source systems for reporting.

Support Sales by administering the TPM system (Exceedra), ensure promotional and financial data accuracy, produce trade analytics and monthly KPI reports, oversee trade compliance and SOX controls, coordinate audits, and partner cross-functionally to optimize trade investments.

Drive revenue operations analytics by building reliable data models and dashboards, querying large datasets in Snowflake, ensuring data integrity across the revenue tech stack, and delivering strategic insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success using Looker, Domo, SQL, and scripting.

Build and maintain CS reporting, dashboards, and health score models to identify renewal risk and inform strategy. Deliver executive reporting, collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, and develop predictive analytics and longitudinal tracking to reduce churn.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI requirements, design and maintain BI solutions and semantic layers, analyze large payment datasets, enforce data governance and quality, deliver insights and reports, lead stakeholder meetings and training, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for data loading and analytics.
