Manage end-to-end analytics for performance guarantees across strategic accounts: execute recovery and accrual analytics, build SQL-based pipelines and Looker dashboards, support RFPs/renewals with scenario modeling, partner with Sales/Customer Success and Data Engineering, and present technical findings to internal leaders and clients to mitigate financial risk and drive actionable insights.

Support Sales by administering the TPM system (Exceedra), ensure promotional and financial data accuracy, produce trade analytics and monthly KPI reports, oversee trade compliance and SOX controls, coordinate audits, and partner cross-functionally to optimize trade investments.

Drive revenue operations analytics by building reliable data models and dashboards, querying large datasets in Snowflake, ensuring data integrity across the revenue tech stack, and delivering strategic insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success using Looker, Domo, SQL, and scripting.

Build and maintain CS reporting, dashboards, and health score models to identify renewal risk and inform strategy. Deliver executive reporting, collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, and develop predictive analytics and longitudinal tracking to reduce churn.

Lead workforce management strategy and operations for multi-brand contact centers. Manage WFM staff, forecasting, capacity planning, intraday operations, scheduling, analytics, and workforce technology (Genesys, Intradiem). Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and vendors to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and service-level attainment while implementing WFM tools and reporting across channels.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI requirements, design and maintain BI solutions and semantic layers, analyze large payment datasets, enforce data governance and quality, deliver insights and reports, lead stakeholder meetings and training, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for data loading and analytics.

Own the companys end-to-end data graph, ensure data quality and lineage, and deliver Sigma dashboards and client-facing reports. Act as single owner for triage, prioritization, and translation of business questions into actionable insights, partnering closely with data engineering and business leaders to set standards for production-ready reporting.
