The VP of Data will oversee 9amHealth's data functions including data engineering, analytics, and data science while collaborating with executive teams to shape data-driven strategies and improve member experiences in chronic condition management.

Translate web and marketing behavior data into actionable insights: measure website and marketing performance, analyze funnels and journeys, design and evaluate A/B tests, build reports and dashboards, monitor analytics integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to define measurement and optimization opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports. Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure, Excel and other sources, perform data modeling and DAX calculations, validate data, and document data models and reporting logic while partnering with business stakeholders.

Lead enterprise data discovery, inventory, classification and governance initiatives. Evaluate and run POCs for tools (OneTrust, BigID, Varonis, Cyera, Delphix, RecordPoint, Collibra, Microsoft Purview). Conduct stakeholder workshops, assess classification accuracy, security, scalability, integrations, and metadata flow. Produce recommendations, feasibility assessments, roadmaps, and support Collibra integration.

Turn data into actionable insights by building and maintaining reports and dashboards, identifying trends and data quality issues, writing dbt transformations for analytics models, and collaborating with stakeholders and data engineers to ensure reliable data and clear visualizations that support business decisions.

Lead design and delivery of scalable production data pipelines and data products (Spark/Python/SQL) on Databricks; integrate diverse federal health systems, define reusable ingestion patterns, ensure data quality/governance, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot/optimize production workflows.

Build and maintain SQL queries and automated data workflows to support CARF and 1099-DA regulatory reporting. Validate, reconcile, and document reporting data; partner with cross-functional teams; track work in Jira; identify automation opportunities; support testing, audits, and jurisdictional implementations.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines and internal frameworks to support ML and product teams. Drive architecture, observability, data quality, and engineering best practices across AI/ML workflows and prompt-engineering pipelines.

Serve as a senior advisor on enterprise data architecture and Adobe Experience Platform. Lead client discovery, design XDM schemas and identity resolution, guide data ingestion/ETL, governance, and Customer 360 initiatives. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, review architecture, and contribute templates and best practices across consulting engagements.

Build governed gold-layer data models and a single-source metrics layer in Snowflake (dbt); create and optimize dashboards in enterprise BI tools; use AI coding agents and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development; ensure data quality, governance, and consistency; collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics for internal and client-facing use.
