Full-cycle inside sales role focused on high-velocity public sector deals ($5k–$25k ARR). Prospect, qualify, advance, and close net-new logos; manage many concurrent short sales cycles; respond to RFIs/RFPs; align channel partners; maintain Salesforce/Clari hygiene and accurate forecasts.

The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition, develop a sales pipeline, and close deals alongside channel and reseller partners, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.

Lead design and implementation of security controls for AI and cloud platforms, configure DLP and alerting, detect and remediate misconfigurations, perform AI security assessments, document findings, and advise clients and presales on AI security best practices.

Review, label, and structure text, image, audio, or document data to train AI systems. Follow detailed guidelines, meet quality and productivity targets, flag edge cases, act on feedback, and collaborate with reviewers and project leads to improve annotation quality.

Lead security engineering across web apps, APIs, cloud (AWS/OCI), Kubernetes, and on-prem systems. Build CI/CD security, secure genomic and PHI/PII pipelines (HIPAA), run monitoring and incident response, prepare for HIPAA/SOC2/ISO27001 audits, perform pentesting/vulnerability discovery, improve logging/SIEM, and drive remediation with engineering and DevOps while raising company-wide security awareness.

This role involves promoting Sysco's products, building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing training and support to clients. The consultant will also perform administrative tasks and participate in company events and training.

Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve inquiries and account issues, update records in company systems, escalate complex problems, meet quality and productivity goals, and collaborate with team members while staying current on products and policies.

Lead on-site execution of multiple high-value projects, overseeing load-in, installation, commissioning, and demobilization. Ensure safety/HSE compliance, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate clients/contractors/vendors/engineering, mentor Major Projects team, and travel across North America (40–60%).

Engage and support candidates through background screening by collecting documentation, explaining processes, handling inbound calls and disputes, supporting RFI responses, and maintaining required FCRA certification while entering information into internal systems.

Provide clerical and secretarial support for a person or group: compose/edit correspondence, coordinate meetings and liaison activities, process invoices and administrative items, prepare reports and analyses, interpret policies, and perform other tasks as directed. Work in an office environment with standard equipment, following supervisor authorization and occasional independent decision-making.
