The Manager in Training will complete training while learning store operations, customer service, and management responsibilities to grow into a leadership role.

The role involves leading complex sales cycles, building enterprise accounts, and collaborating with leadership to shape strategy and product roadmap in AI markets.

Manage and direct Study and Integration Engineering teams, supervise operations and staff, own regional sales/profit and contract review, develop area profit plans, audit field jobs, coordinate technical training, prepare proposals and reports, serve as customer liaison, and travel frequently to support field operations.

Sell medical supplies to physician offices and alternate-site providers across an assigned territory. Collaborate with process, operations, and maintenance teams, support MOC, facilitate HAZOP/LOPA/SIL studies, ensure IEC 61511/61508 compliance, mentor engineers, and interface with corporate and regulatory bodies.

Drive B2B outside sales of Genius and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized restaurants, retail, and service businesses. Prospect in the field and digitally, present consultative demos in-person and virtually, manage pipeline in Atlas and Salesforce, collaborate with District Manager to set appointments and close deals, and maintain client relationships for recurring and residual revenue.

Sell iHeartMedia broadcast and digital marketing products across multiple markets by prospecting (cold-calling), conducting in-person client meetings, building relationships, developing campaigns with internal partners, and using data-driven storytelling to meet revenue goals.

Serve as an account management overlay supporting Strategic/Enterprise AEs: manage day-to-day account administration, drive renewals ($100K-$250K ATR), pursue small expansions, align cross-functional teams, use Salesforce and digital plays to increase adoption and expansion, and support commercial negotiations to close deals.

Conduct multi-line claims investigations and field inspections, evaluate coverage/liability, negotiate and settle claims, prepare reports and legal documentation, pursue subrogation and salvage, mentor junior adjusters, maintain caseloads and regulatory compliance, and perform occasional sales and on-call emergency responses.
