Lead multiple commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans; manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, billings, and job financials; serve as primary client contact; mentor project teams; enforce safety and quality; and improve profitability and efficiency using construction software tools.

Lead and execute a multi-year fundraising strategy to generate new philanthropic revenue, steward major donors, secure grants and institutional funding, partner with executive leadership and the Board, build development infrastructure, supervise staff, and meet performance targets including $250,000 in new annual revenue.
