Lead end-to-end SAP technical architecture for multi-system, multi-country S/4HANA landscapes (RISE, BTP, hybrid cloud). Define topology, sizing, HA/DR, HANA governance, integration (CPI/API/Event Mesh), security (roles, SoD, GRC, IAS/IPS, SSO), custom development standards (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, Clean Core), BTP/subaccount design, and readiness gates. Mentor technical teams, present to CTO/CIO stakeholders, and contribute to pre-sales and RFP efforts.

Lead end-to-end SAP Organizational Change Management for large S/4HANA transformations: design OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change champion networks, executive coaching, readiness assessments, hypercare models, and mentor OCM teams while integrating with program PMO and governance to drive adoption and sustained value.

Lead end-to-end SAP Production Planning (PP) solution architecture for multi-plant S/4HANA transformations. Design/configure MRP Live, PP/DS, scheduling, variant configuration, batch/Kanban, BOM/routing and cross-functional integrations (MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, IBP/APO). Mentor PP teams, drive cutover planning, advise executive supply chain leadership, and support presales and practice development.
