Translate pilot and plant data into robust process designs, optimize unit operations (purification, crystallization, filtration, drying, solids handling), coordinate R&D, engineering, operations and external partners, and establish the process development roadmap to drive technical decisions, risk reduction, and delivery of project objectives.

Drive and scale B2B and institutional partnerships for CoW DAO by deepening existing ecosystem relationships and sourcing new strategic partners. Serve as a technical and commercial lead through enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, integrations, and negotiations. Create sales enablement materials, represent CoW at events, and feed partner insights back into product direction to increase protocol adoption and volume.

Design, implement, and productionize Databricks and ADF data pipelines; develop and version data models; manage Azure cloud data infrastructure; execute schema and data migrations; optimize ETL performance and complex data flows; support DevOps practices and collaborate on testing and deployment. Power BI experience is a plus.

Sell Cognigy enterprise SaaS across Western Europe (focus France). Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build territory plans, develop business cases/ROI with senior execs, coordinate RFP responses, run demos, use CRM, and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
