Lead go-to-market initiatives to drive adoption of U.S. debit capabilities, build partner relationships, provide technical debit expertise, create sustainable processes and documentation, lead cross-functional workgroups, prioritize opportunities to improve cardmember experience, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders across Amex.

Own and scale backend systems end-to-end: design, build, and deploy performant APIs and services on AWS using Node/TypeScript. Make architectural tradeoffs, ship production code frequently, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product teams while leveraging AI-assisted development.

Lead small consulting teams applying Theory of Constraints to diagnose operations, design and implement solutions, manage client relationships, track metrics, facilitate change management, and mentor consultants to deliver measurable bottom-line results.
