The Services Specialist will implement enterprise services, develop metrics, conduct process analysis, provide training, and manage SOA service assets.

The role involves gathering and documenting business and technology requirements, creating BRD and FS, preparing UML diagrams, and supporting UAT testing, while functioning as the main point of contact for functional queries.

Lead and execute company-wide data, software, ML/AI and IT strategy. Build and manage a multidisciplinary team, establish data architecture and governance, deploy production software and ML workflows, oversee bespoke development and IT services, and partner with scientific teams to ensure secure, reliable, and FAIR data-driven operations.

Define and lead the technical architecture for a lakehouse on AWS, build production pipelines and data models for time-series and multi-source data, introduce data governance and catalog foundations, author platform playbooks (ADRs, runbooks, Terraform modules), deliver projects end-to-end, and mentor engineers while representing the platform to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

The Business Analyst will implement ServiceNow to automate business processes for change and problem management, document requirements, and manage analysis tasks.

Design, build, and optimize large-scale Databricks/Spark/Delta Lake data pipelines and Redshift data platforms. Implement ETL/ELT patterns, ingest telemetry and behavioral data (Matomo, FullStory, Pendo), improve performance and observability, provide L2/L3 production support and RCA, and mentor engineers while shaping data architecture and best practices.

Support end-to-end data warehouse lifecycle: gather requirements, design systems and ETL (Teradata), develop, tune performance, document for SOX, provide production support and occasional on-call pager rotation.

Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable cloud and on‑prem data architectures. Drive adoption of cloud services, streaming, NoSQL, and modern data warehouses; mentor teams, improve data quality/integration, and align architecture with business needs.

The Cognos Developer will use Cognos skills to build a reporting framework for the client, collaborating with data and user representative teams to create reports.
