The Services Specialist will implement enterprise services, develop metrics, conduct process analysis, provide training, and manage SOA service assets.

The role involves gathering and documenting business and technology requirements, creating BRD and FS, preparing UML diagrams, and supporting UAT testing, while functioning as the main point of contact for functional queries.

Lead and execute company-wide data, software, ML/AI and IT strategy. Build and manage a multidisciplinary team, establish data architecture and governance, deploy production software and ML workflows, oversee bespoke development and IT services, and partner with scientific teams to ensure secure, reliable, and FAIR data-driven operations.

Support multiple IT projects by collecting, translating and analyzing business requirements into functional specifications. Document user needs, workflows and system functions; collaborate with project managers on phase plans and schedules; obtain client sign-offs; monitor project progress and produce weekly reports; communicate software functionality issues to external clients and assist transitions to production.
