The Manager of Product Support leads the support department, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies while managing critical escalations and collaborating across teams.

Drive revenue by sourcing new partners, expanding existing relationships, coordinating cross-functionally, and using data to inform decisions. Emphasizes AI-driven workflows, strong communication, and hands-on partner engagement to scale programs and improve partner contribution.

Own quote-to-cash by validating executed sales orders, establishing subscription billing schedules, and driving provisioning. Lead month-end completeness checks, minimize billing variances, support audit requests, and partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve escalations. Improve billing systems and processes to scale global subscription revenue operations.

Support, maintain, and improve engineering systems and tools (e.g., Windchill, Decisions, SharePoint, Power BI). Provide technical support, install/configure/maintain applications, author documentation and SOPs, recommend and manage engineering applications, and oversee consultants implementing and customizing department software.
