Develop selling skills, product and industry knowledge, and professional networks through hands-on rotations (warehouse, sales operations, inside/outside sales, business development), mentorship, and training events. Monitor autonomous vehicle fleet in real time, identify and triage vehicle needs (charging, cleaning, maintenance, out-of-service), communicate with depot teams, follow escalation protocols, complete reports, and support fleet readiness and safety standards.

Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement through in-person events, promotional materials, and daily marketing coordination. Provide customer information, gather feedback, build community relationships, and collaborate with the team while participating in training and professional development.

Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face. Identify and resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary, follow policies and departmental procedures, manage authorized email queues, meet call and email handle-time targets, and identify trends to improve service. Onsite, Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Provide hands-on personal injury litigation support under senior attorney mentorship: draft pleadings and discovery, manage caseloads, communicate with clients, assist with hearings/depositions, and progressively take ownership of cases as training advances.

Perform audit procedures by understanding client business and controls, assessing risks, executing substantive tests and control testing, resolving reporting issues, and drafting financial statements using RSM audit approach and tools.

Sell residential and light-commercial HVAC systems: perform in-home consultations, assess needs, present solutions, prepare estimates, close sales, follow up with customers, maintain records, leverage company leads and training to meet sales targets.

Provide front-desk support: answer phones, take messages, greet customers, perform daily filing, mail-outs, and miscellaneous administrative tasks in a professional sales office.

Respond to high-volume inbound calls about mortgage servicing, escrow, property insurance and claims. Resolve inquiries (aiming for one-call resolution), process premium disbursements, document account activity, de-escalate complex situations, and use internal systems and Microsoft Office (Excel) to analyze account details.
