Queries and structures data from multiple sources, validates data quality, performs statistical analysis, creates experiments, and presents actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Reviews, develops, validates, and refines dashboards, reports, visualizations, calculations, data sources, KPIs, and analytical workflows across BI platforms. The role documents findings, provides structured feedback, troubleshoots reporting accuracy, and evaluates AI-powered agents and workplace connectors used in analytics processes.

Develop and enhance CGI Advantage HRM and ERP data integrations, Snowflake data pipelines, reporting datasets, and Power BI dashboards. Build semantic models and DAX solutions, troubleshoot data quality and integration issues, translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions, and collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.
