Manage a pipeline of 30–50 home equity loan applications, communicating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather documentation, ensure completeness, and meet closing and lock deadlines while maintaining mortgage guideline compliance.

Provide courteous, accurate customer service and transaction processing, open and maintain new accounts, process deposits/payments, balance cash drawer daily, approve transactions within limits, handle compliance tasks (Reg CC, CTR, OFAC), perform administrative duties, and support/cover supervisory responsibilities as needed.

Manage and oversee the inquiry disputes team, ensure compliance with credit bureau reporting policies and SOPs, lead QA remediation, drive process improvements, train staff, analyze portfolio reporting, and track performance metrics to resolve credit bureau issues.

Coordinate collection, ordering, tracking, and review of condominium project documentation to support mortgage approvals and closings. Liaise with loan officers, underwriting, title companies, HOAs, and property managers; process payments; monitor outstanding conditions; escalate eligibility concerns; maintain compliance with agency and investor requirements; and identify process improvements.

Review and prepare mortgage closing documents and packages, schedule closings with borrowers, reconcile and approve Closing Disclosures, coordinate with title/settlement partners and internal teams, manage a mixed loan pipeline to meet production and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate loan origination system records.

Review executed closing documents, verify funding conditions, request and balance wires, coordinate disbursements, communicate with internal and external parties, use Encompass to track funding, and ensure compliance and timely loan funding.

Manage and enforce rate lock policies, process rate locks and re-prices, ensure loan pricing accuracy, perform data entry, monitor investor locks and robotics reports, handle lock-related exceptions and escalations, support disclosures and fee accuracy, and train new teammates.

Support Mortgage Loan Originators by managing pipeline, structuring loans, pulling/analyzing credit and income docs, running DU, tracking documents in Encompass and Salesforce, coordinating borrowers/realtors, resolving underwriting issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance for on-time closings.

Perform 1LOD transactional and supplier oversight testing, build and expand test scripts, analyze multi-source data, document findings, communicate risk implications, mentor and train analysts, and partner with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions and regulatory alignment.
