Split time between software engineering and database operations: monitoring, observability, performance tuning, incident response, migration to RDS/Postgres, and automating fleet management to improve resilience and developer efficiency.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze CRM/SAP/finance data to produce actionable insights, support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, manage SAP pricing/rebates and customer master data, design Excel templates for targets and incentives, improve reporting processes and automation, and ensure data quality and governance while collaborating with Finance, Sales, Operations and IT.

Act as people-risk adviser and SME for corporate, commercial and mid-market employee benefits clients. Provide end-to-end client management including advisory support, renewals, claims advocacy, administration, compliance, and identifying revenue opportunities while working with underwriting, placement, claims and business development teams.
