Own and maintain the data environment, write SQL, build dashboards, support data warehouse and pipelines, explore product and customer data to uncover insights, and partner across teams to make data accessible and drive decisions.

Supports People Analytics by maintaining Power BI dashboards, fulfilling HR reporting requests, cleaning and validating workforce data, troubleshooting report issues, performing basic analysis, documenting metrics and processes, and identifying automation opportunities. The role also provides first-line user support, develops knowledge of HR data and Workday workflows, and handles confidential employee information according to privacy and governance standards.

The Senior Data Quality Analyst will analyze and improve data quality across systems, collaborate on data governance, and ensure accurate data processes, contributing to actionable recommendations and stakeholder communication.
