Lead regional business development and marketing to grow hospice revenue, referrals, and patient census. Build and coach BD teams, create and implement sales and marketing plans, develop referral partnerships, use CRM for reporting, represent the organization at events, and align BD activities with clinical and operational goals.

Lead financial strategy and operations for a $13M nonprofit; oversee budgeting, forecasting, audit, compliance (GAAP, federal grants, Medicaid), billing, cash management, outsourced accounting partner, and finance team. Act as CEO advisor, present to Board, and drive revenue integrity and financial reporting to support strategic growth.
