Design and implement secure, high-performance ETL/ELT and cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Perform root-cause analysis, build KPI dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, promote data governance, define business rules, mentor data engineers, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Analyze operational data to produce executive summaries and actionable insights, collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges, propose cost-saving ideas, incorporate customer feedback, and support audits with research and analytics.

Develop and support Informatica ETL solutions (70% development, 30% support). Build error-handling frameworks with Autosys/Control-M/Tidal, configure PowerCenter Grid, work with IDQ, MDM and Informatica Cloud. Perform development, performance tuning, Unix scripting, Teradata/SQL work, and data cleansing, standardization and profiling.

The role involves creating MDM repositories, designing specifications, managing data operations, and testing interfaces between MDM and systems.

Lead hands-on Workday reporting and HR analytics: design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data models. Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, finance, and vendors to translate requirements, improve data quality, ensure secure access, and scale self-service analytics and governance across global HR systems.
