The Senior Associate will lead public company M&A transactions, supervise junior staff, advise clients, and manage complex negotiations.

The Sr. Legal Counsel provides employment law advice, manages litigation, drafts policies, and supports HR with compliance and training.

Lead and operationalize responses to subpoenas and eDiscovery demands; manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle; coordinate internal and external stakeholders; draft and improve policies and processes for customer data requests; monitor legal and regulatory developments; and act as project manager to drive litigation operations and legal tech–driven workflow improvements.

Own commercial legal work, including drafting and negotiating enterprise technology agreements, SaaS licenses, partnerships, reseller arrangements, procurement contracts, and data processing agreements.
