The Outside Sales Representative will establish and maintain customer relationships, manage sales in the Ethanol Market, and promote Bray's products across Iowa and Nebraska.

Generate leads and build relationships with physicians and referral sources to meet monthly sales targets for respiratory and durable medical equipment. Conduct educational in-services, provide clinical follow-up and patient reporting, maintain territory sales presence, and use data-driven strategies to grow business.

Lead vendor sourcing, review, redline, and negotiate commercial and IT-related contracts (cloud/SaaS, software, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs). Coordinate with business leaders, conduct security/privacy due diligence, provide contract risk summaries, and coach stakeholders on negotiation and contract interpretation.

Design, build, and maintain applications that integrate industrial platforms, relational databases, and hardware. Develop SQL-backed features, tune high-volume/time-series databases, support Ignition data ingestion, troubleshoot hardware/infrastructure intersections, collaborate with IT and operations, and follow security, compliance, and DevOps practices to ensure reliable production systems.

Manage and grow a defined territory selling specialty chemical solutions, focusing on new business development, account expansion, technical support, proposal preparation, forecasting, CRM management, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent on-site customer service and troubleshooting.

Provide on-site HR administrative support partnering with HRBP and managers: handle employee relations, HR system data, recruiting/onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications. Lead HR administrative processes, ensure accuracy, and support a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Lead multiple construction project teams, manage budgets and costs, identify and mitigate project risks, ensure timely delivery of project products and services, and foster a positive, productive team environment. Communicate clearly, make decisive decisions, and organize workflows to meet deadlines while promoting continuous improvement.

Develop and manage B2B relationships within an assigned territory. Prospect and close new business by diagnosing technology and workflow needs, preparing tailored proposals, and using CRM to track opportunities. Build long-term customer relationships and hit sales targets with company-provided training and coaching.

Sell insurance remotely by connecting with clients, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, building long-term relationships, and working independently. Receive full training and mentorship, earn commissions and residual income, and maintain a flexible, parent-friendly schedule.
