Manage an Email Marketing Manager and partner with Analytics, Product, Game LiveOps, and Launch GTM to optimize revenue and player engagement.

Leads the Bookkeeping and Client Accounting organization, overseeing service delivery, operational excellence, workforce planning, technology optimization, client experience, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Develops department leaders, manages KPIs and budgets, standardizes workflows, supports automation, ensures compliance and data security, and scales hybrid onshore/offshore operations through cross-functional partnerships.

Own staffing plans and schedules for assigned territories, including roster management, shift coverage, recruiting support, onboarding, training, live-event coordination, and post-event closeout.
