Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, cold outreach, qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, maintaining CRM records, building relationships, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and monitoring payments-industry trends.

Leads complex IoT and telecommunications sales as a product specialist. Develops advanced sales strategies, customizes network solutions, prepares detailed proposals and bids, supports aligned sales teams, manages customer relationships, and closes opportunities in large accounts. Provides product expertise, analyzes customer needs, ensures satisfaction, and may introduce products, train teams, and mentor colleagues while carrying a high sales quota or territory.

Conduct outbound calls and text outreach to prospects, educate leads about DivaDance, book clients into weekly classes, and nurture follow-ups to improve conversion and memberships. Track lead activity, answer questions, handle objections, represent the brand, and occasionally support studio client engagement. The role is part-time, remote-friendly, and requires flexible availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Administer the campus job placement program and support graduating students through successful career transitions. Build employer relationships to create opportunities for students and graduates, and prepare students through career development workshops, resume development, and interview preparation.

Supports the Community Manager with resident relations, leasing activities, property inspections, office administration, maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency management, financial reporting, and community events. Handles resident inquiries, tours, applications, lease documentation, records, correspondence, and policy enforcement while helping maintain property standards and financial performance.
