Own the technical architecture and delivery of LillyDirect’s pharmacy master data and consent platform. Lead Reltio and Transcend integrations across AWS and Databricks, develop Python and PySpark pipelines, enforce privacy and data governance controls, and ensure data quality, lineage, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. Establish engineering standards, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and production support practices while mentoring data engineers and partnering with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and governance teams.

Performs GIS data stewardship, geodatabase maintenance, spatial and parcel analysis, stormwater infrastructure mapping, quality control, and integration of inspection and asset-management records. Develops maps, dashboards, reports, mobile workflows, and data products supporting the County’s Stormwater Utility and MS4 programs. Reviews as-built records, maintains outfall and impervious-area data, provides technical assistance and training, documents workflows, and supports emergency response mapping.
