Drive technical sales and business development across the DACH region in laser and semiconductor markets. Identify and qualify opportunities, manage customer relationships, lead customer projects, collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain CRM pipeline, attend trade shows, and travel across Europe (~30–50%).

Lead end-to-end ML work: define product problems as ML tasks, prototype and ship models (ranking, retrieval, LLM agents), build evaluation and monitoring, and measure marketplace impact (bookings, retention, GMV). Collaborate with engineering, product, and growth to deploy production models and improve LLM reliability.

Design and prototype interactive features for a next-generation code editor, build keyboard-driven workflows and AI-agent interactions, implement UI in the product, and collaborate closely with engineers on performance-focused developer tools.

Lead product definition and delivery for AI research tools by engaging data scientists and researchers, translating workflows into detailed specifications, owning the roadmap, collaborating with UX and engineering, and aligning stakeholders to prioritize and deliver MLOps-focused features.

Provide technical support for applications: investigate and resolve issues, develop and implement interfaces, create support documentation, collaborate with Design/Test/Dev teams, estimate resources, and monitor project performance.

Build and productionize large-scale TTS and adjacent speech models end-to-end: model architecture, training, alignment, evaluation, data curation, distributed GPU scaling, latency/cost profiling, tooling, and safety/mitigation for speech systems.

Senior technical lead embedding with customer teams to design, architect, and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions. Drive model optimization, high-performance training (TPUs), efficient serving (vLLM), MLOps, agentic systems, GDPR-compliant private AI, ROI and cost optimization, pre-sales technical support, mentoring, and external thought leadership.

Drive project intake and onboarding for Web3 startups: source leads, conduct sales outreach and negotiations, manage onboarding workflows (Notion, Jira, Telegram), advise on tokenomics and launchpad mechanics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate projects onto the launchpad.

Execute and monitor on-chain transactions, manage daily vault operations (deposits/withdrawals/yield), deploy smart contract wallets, support partners through vault launches, track fees and operational metrics, maintain vault documentation and playbooks, and use AI tools to automate and optimize processes.

The Backend Engineer will architect and optimize execution and matching infrastructure for low-latency trading systems, focusing on performance with a strong systems background.
