As a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer, you'll lead data initiatives, manage a team, and ensure data quality while turning insights into actionable decisions across the company.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines (databases, data warehouses, data lakes) to support analysts and data scientists. Implement ETL/data integration, ensure data security and governance, optimize retrieval and performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and deploy solutions using cloud platforms and modern data processing frameworks.

The Business Intelligence Data Analyst II supports reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights, working closely with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams. Responsibilities include optimizing data structures, leading data modeling, collaborating on requirements, and monitoring data feeds.

Lead data architecture and legacy-to-modern data transformation for the IRS EDOS program. Design and execute data conversion and validation plans, lead conversion testing to ensure data integrity and timing, and engage stakeholders. Use big data technologies and support Agile teams.

Own end-to-end analytics for the Pro product: build production data pipelines and dbt models, define north-star metrics, design dashboards and full-funnel reporting, lead A/B experimentation and causal inference, embed AI tooling, and deliver clear data-driven recommendations to product and leadership.

Build and own people analytics: headcount planning, attrition, hiring funnel, compensation benchmarking, and org health. Create self-serve dashboards, establish data governance, partner with People and business leaders, and translate workforce data into actionable recommendations.

Build analytical frameworks, measurement methodologies, and decision support to drive enterprise decisions across marketing, loyalty, pricing, menu, media, and operations. Mine and integrate customer, transaction, digital, and operational data; develop segmentation, predictive models, and dashboards; lead test-and-learn, incrementality, and forecasting efforts; translate analysis into clear business recommendations and scalable decisioning tools.

Support marketing analytics by analyzing digital channel performance, building and maintaining KPI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Own client-facing analytics and attribution: establish baselines, implement tracking and lead-to-sale matching, run holdout and lift experiments, quantify cost avoidance, build cross-client benchmarks, and translate findings into clear ROI narratives that inform pricing, product, and renewal conversations.

Lead people analytics strategy and execution: build HR data governance, remediate UKG Pro data quality, deliver enterprise people scorecards and dashboards, advance analytics from descriptive to predictive, and partner with HR, Technology, and Finance to drive data-driven workforce decisions.
