Lead mid- to low-risk IT projects across departments: develop and maintain project plans, manage scope, schedule, risks, vendors, budgets, communications, and transitions to support. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and integration tools. Build and consume SOAP/REST services, implement EDI and file-based integrations, write SQL/PLSQL for data support, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver reliable integration solutions meeting SLAs.

Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12 across AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and O2C/P2P. Translate business requirements into functional specs, troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, write and tune SQL, manage integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, EDI), maintain reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), support updates/patching, and produce documentation and training materials.

The Communications and IT Specialist will maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, provide technical assistance, and perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
