Lead global Customer Success analytics strategy, architect data and health/adoption models, oversee data pipelines, deliver executive-level storytelling, mentor an analytics team, and drive cross-functional KPI alignment and self-serve BI adoption.

Lead the evolution of data platform by designing scalable pipelines, improving data processes, mentoring teams, and modernizing data architecture.

Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data models and pipelines to support CX operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights.
