Perform high-performance outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), identify and nurture leads, book discovery demos, craft personalized messaging for marketing leaders, track activity in CRM, collaborate on ICPs and strategies, and optimize outreach via A/B testing to exceed KPIs.

Manage inbound pet-care inquiries, consult with customers, convert calls into confirmed bookings, set up accounts and reservations, maintain provider knowledge, meet conversion and booking KPIs, and cover 8am–8pm shifts.
