Execute hardware and firmware test plans, document and track defects, perform functional and performance testing, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, analyze failures, and collaborate with engineering to resolve defects.

Execute manual (70%) and automated (30%) functional, UX, and performance testing for software and mobile (Flutter) products. Create and run test plans/cases, document and reproduce bugs, track issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and help implement automated test frameworks as directed.

As a QA Engineer at Loancrate, you'll ensure the software functions correctly for lenders by testing user interfaces, reporting bugs, and building test cases. You'll work closely with Engineering and Product teams, define quality standards, and potentially lead the QA function as the team grows.
