Manage multiple HVAC aftermarket projects from order entry through delivery and invoicing. Coordinate schedules, costs, submittals, shipments, and communications with owners, architects, contractors, manufacturers, and internal teams. Support parts counter, quotes, accounts receivable, and reporting while maintaining project files and tracking lead times.

Provide on-site ground penetrating radar and concrete scanning for private utility locating and pipe inspection. Manage projects from mobilization to data delivery, ensuring safety, accurate subsurface imaging, client communication, and timely completion. Receive training and use company vehicle, laptop, and equipment.

Support project managers through all project phases by managing tasks, procuring subcontractor bids, coordinating schedules with contractors/landlords/clients, documenting status in GEMS, submitting change orders and invoices, and attending mold remediation and client software training.
