Provides front-line IT support for NMCI users by distributing and collecting computers and peripherals, tracking inventory, documenting work, supporting new-hire check-ins, and assisting with technology refreshes. The role offers basic hardware and software guidance, verifies user readiness, and delivers customer assistance in an enterprise environment. It requires five days per week onsite in Patuxent River, Maryland, and involves working on a DoD contract requiring U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; install, configure, and maintain computer systems and LAN/WAN; troubleshoot system and network problems; assist with VPN setup; use Remedy, Jira, and other IT management tools; collaborate with IT team.
