Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial energy customers by meeting face-to-face with business owners, reviewing electricity and gas plans, recommending supplier options, developing new business, and supporting renewals and ongoing customer needs.

Provide timely service to personal-lines clients: process applications, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing, claims intake, and certificates. Update and document accounts in Applied EPIC, notify producers of issues, pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and support special projects while following carrier and agency procedures to minimize E&O exposure.

After training, manage dealer territory, support programs and incentives, liaise with internal teams, analyze dealer data, and travel within assigned territory.
