Analyze complex hardware systems supporting SIGINT customer operations. Responsibilities include developing hardware requirements and specifications, designing system components, procuring and testing equipment, providing preventive and remedial maintenance, conducting site surveys, preparing engineering and installation documentation, configuring computers and network devices, supporting deployments, and resolving operational hardware issues. Level 1 engineers also develop installation schedules, train site personnel, and prepare technical design packages and site reports.
