Hires, coaches, and develops SAs; owns technical coverage, deal velocity, PoC win rates, technical qualification, escalations, playbooks, and pre-sale to post-sale handoffs. Partners with Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, Product, TAM, and Customer Engineering while contributing to strategic evaluations and team-wide ARR bookings.
