Manage the Merchant Payments Index product agenda, including roadmap priorities, use cases, adoption, success measures, and requirements. Partner with data, product, data science, engineering, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to improve functionality and usability. Translate payments trends and market signals into client briefings, insight products, thought leadership, and recommendations. Enable account teams to use MPI in client engagements and identify external datasets and partnerships that strengthen the product.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for digital receivables products. Identifies customer and business opportunities, defines OKRs and product outcomes, prioritizes features, and coordinates discovery, design, development, and delivery with agile, technology, experience design, and risk partners. Uses business metrics, customer insights, analytics, and market trends to optimize adoption, customer experience, and product performance.
