This role offers the opportunity to shape high‑visibility products used across global operators, enterprises, and government agencies. The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with operational rigor, customer empathy, and the ability to influence teams and decisions in a fast‑moving environment.

 Key responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for core device information services, ensuring alignment with business goals, GSMA policies, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
  • Lead discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization, balancing technical feasibility, operational impact, and commercial value
  • Drive end‑to‑end execution of new product capabilities, enhancements, and launches, ensuring high‑quality delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Partner deeply with engineering and operations to define solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure scalable, reliable service performance
  • Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and identify emerging opportunities
  • Analyze product performance, market trends, and operational data to inform decisions and continuously improve product effectiveness
  • Define and document business requirements, user journeys, and operational processes with clarity and precision
  • Lead launch readiness activities, including testing, enablement, communication, and post‑launch evaluation
  • Identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and strengthen product quality
  • Contribute to commercial strategy, including pricing, packaging, and positioning of device information services

About You

  • Relevant experience in product management or a related strategic role (telecom, SaaS, data services, operations platforms, or regulated industries preferred)
  • Proven ability to own and deliver complex products end‑to‑end, from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product plans
  • Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional teams and influencing without authority
  • Comfortable engaging with customers, partners, and regulatory bodies to understand needs and shape product direction
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions, measure impact, and refine strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to articulate product concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to operational excellence
  • Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable owning outcomes in a dynamic environment
