Responsibilities include portfolio management, speaker readiness, narrative governance, content standards, retrospectives, dashboards, reporting, AI-enabled workflow improvements, and cross-functional special projects. Success requires editorial judgment, systems thinking, stakeholder influence, operational rigor, and comfort working through ambiguity without direct authority.

Lead global registration strategy and event technology for CrowdStrikes event portfolio. Own platform administration (RainFocus), integrations, automations, reporting, onsite operations, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement to deliver scalable, data-driven attendee experiences across flagship and regional events.

Serve as primary client liaison for Event Travel, providing end-to-end travel support, fare and booking management, program coordination from post-sale to billing, troubleshooting using agent tools, maintaining documentation and SLAs, training on travel platforms, and supporting team leads to maximize revenue and client ROI.
