Develop integrated campaigns with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, measure event ROI, optimize programs, and demonstrate pipeline and revenue impact. The role also involves adopting AI-powered marketing tools and improving operational processes.

Manage event travel programs and serve as the primary client liaison across the United States. Support travelers with personalized assistance, booking changes, cancellations, fare information, and issue resolution for hotels, flights, cars, and rail. Coordinate programs from post-sale through final billing, maintain documentation and service-level compliance, support client relationships, and contribute to team initiatives. The role requires travel booking expertise, GDS experience, strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and flexibility for nontraditional shifts.

Own content strategy, governance, readiness, and delivery for ServiceNow flagship events including Knowledge and AI Summits. Align product, solution, executive, regional, and experiential content into a cohesive platform narrative. Lead speaker planning, expo messaging, reporting, retrospectives, and high-visibility cross-functional initiatives. Establish scalable frameworks, operating rhythms, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that improve content quality, consistency, and execution across programs.

Owns content strategy, governance, and delivery for ServiceNow’s flagship events, including Knowledge and AI Summits. The role ensures cohesive platform storytelling across audiences, regions, sessions, expo experiences, and executive priorities. Responsibilities include portfolio management, speaker readiness, narrative governance, content standards, retrospectives, dashboards, reporting, AI-enabled workflow improvements, and cross-functional special projects. Success requires editorial judgment, systems thinking, stakeholder influence, operational rigor, and comfort working through ambiguity without direct authority.
