Perform B2B inside sales for a SaaS-focused digital transformation firm via cold calling and cold email. Target international (US/UK) clients during corresponding shifts, qualify leads, and drive sales opportunities. Maintain strong oral and written communication and meet sales activity targets.

Support HR operations by updating employee records, checking leave and attendance, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, posting job ads, preparing HR reports, handling employee queries, and performing general administrative tasks.

Develop, maintain, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring MVC and microservices. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues, design scalable systems, use CI/CD and version control, follow security guidelines, and communicate progress with project managers.

Develop, code, debug, and optimize front-end websites. Ensure cross-platform compatibility, run performance and usability tests, meet publication deadlines, and provide user support while collaborating with web designers.

Design user experiences for mobile and web apps by creating personas, wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, storyboards, and visual designs. Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and developers to refine requirements and ensure designs meet functional scope and style standards.
