● We are looking for an Fresher HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

● HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look at HR processes in our organization, we’d like to meet you.

● Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

● Update our internal databases with new & existing employee information, including contact details and employment forms

● Check Leave & Attendance of employees

● Will be responsible for screening resumes and application forms. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates & interviewers.

● Post, update and remove job ads from job board & careers page.

● Need to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

● Prepare HR-related reports as needed

● Address employee queries and coordinate with the concerns.

Requirements

● Excellent verbal & Written Communication Skill

● Conversant with Word, Excel & Powerpoint

● Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment

● Good interpersonal & Organizational skills

● Must have good attention to details and dedicated.
