- Define the digital product strategy for AllRide Apps which includes establishing a product vision and roadmap, defining the objectives, and establishing key results to guide the development.
- Utilize user feedback, technology trends and market analysis, to uncover insights and identify opportunities.
- Work closely with the software development team to ensure continuous delivery of improvements and features to the product. This includes meticulous user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with the engineering team and other product owners to translate business and user requirements into actionable tasks
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize key deliverables, and ensure that product releases are on schedule.
- Prioritize development work in order to meet project deadlines and deliver continuous value for customers and for stakeholders
- Meet with customers to analyze their needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Reach out and engage with subject matter experts for introducing applicable best practices in the product development ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product delivery.
- Good communication and team leading skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
- Strong Design & Coding experience using OOPS Concepts, Principles, and Design Patterns.
- Experience in delivering multiple projects
