Design, develop, and test software for new and existing products. Support technical lead engineers and collaborate with researchers, project leads, electrical engineers, verification engineers, and manufacturing engineers. Ensure software quality and compliance with global standards and security regulations. Mentor junior engineers and identify training needs.

Support BU Americas Supply Chain initiatives in demand planning, supply planning, sales order allocation, warehouse management, procurement, inventory management, and SCM Parameter Accuracy. Collaborate with SCM team to identify and train SCM personnel on best practices. Provide day-to-day user support and knowledge.

Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, process quotes and purchase orders, maintain customer files, and expedite parts delivery when necessary.
